Yes, Taita Cloud has completed the process with Ethernity Cloud to become a HAP, and has been authorized to provide pre-configured nodes to Ethernity Cloud community
We provide the hardware with Ubuntu 20.04 OS, and ETNY software installed and tested. We provide remote support to integrate the Node to ETNY network
We provide 1 year warranty in the hardware due to assembly/manufacturing faults. Warranty is not valid if the device is damaged due to a fall or shock, if the unit has been tampered, or due incorrect power supply. There is not warranty in the software
You can pay your order in FIAT (USD or MXN). You can also pay your order with Stable Coins (USDT or BUSD)
The estimated shipping time is around 5 days in Mexico and US after payment
We offer free shipping for main cities in México and US. We will provide the best shipping price for other locations and other countries in LATAM.
If you are not satisfied with the hardware, you have 10 working day to return your product. You need to cover the return expenses. Refund will take around 5 days after receiving the product in the same conditions that was sold
